In the coming two months we will take up the challenge together of exercising a total of one million minutes in support of Médecins sans Frontières! Médecins sans Frontières pulls out all the stops to provide victims of war, natural disasters and epidemics with the care they need. The MSF teams deploy in humanitarian crises, such as in Ukraine, Yemen, Syria or Afghanistan.

Take up our sportive challenge for the good cause with your colleagues over the next two months. Walk, run, cycle... together towards a total of one million minutes. By putting our best sporting foot forward and racking up minutes, we are supporting Médecins sans Frontières. This organisation supplies medical emergency assistance in conflict areas and is active across the globe. Our #WorkoutForCharity for Médecins sans Frontières kicks off on Tuesday 19 April and runs until Sunday 19 June. Register your team today. Teams must consist of 8 to 12 colleagues. These can be either direct colleagues or colleagues from one of our other sites worldwide. One person registers the team and then other colleagues can join. Together try to exercise as many minutes as possible and, if you wish, you can get friends and family to sponsor you. Let's rack up 1 million minutes together, for Médecins Sans Frontières! Its teams pull out all the stops to provide victims of war, natural disasters and epidemics with the care they need. To make this possible, they are careful to remain independent from all possible political, economic, military or religious leaders. Because they are funded for 98.5% by private citizens, they can steer an independent course and offer assistance wherever they wish. The organisation is neutral and has a single purpose: serving the best interests of their patients.And the weaker and more vulnerable the patients, the harder they will fight for them. In their field hospital, operating theatre, mobile aid station and, if necessary, also in the public arena.
