Together, from the 30th of October till the 14th of November, let's walk, run, cycle 21 000km, and think, with each effort, of the 21 000 disaster victims in the Vesdre Valley. By taking part in or supporting the Rotathlon, you are helping to support associations that have been affected by the floods or that are helping the victims.
21,000km for 21,000 victims!
From the 30th of October till 14th of November, walk, run, cycle, it's up to you! Together, let's take on a symbolic challenge of 21 000km, 1 000 half-marathons for the 21 000 victims of the Vesdre Valley. Take up this challenge in your own way and according to your own possibilities, in one or several outings, for a minimum participation of 10€. Ask your friends, colleagues and family to participate with you or to support you financially. You don't want to walk, run or cycle? You can contribute to the challenge by clicking on "support this action" and paying a minimum of 10€. By participating you are eligible to win one of our great prizes (advertised on our Facebook page). A prize will be awarded for each category: for the luckiest (draw), the most athletic (most km walked or cycled), the most sponsored, the most active on social media. Rotary and Rotaract have joined forces to create the Rotathlon to help the 21 000 people affected by the floods in July. The Rotathlon acts to provide specific and precise aid to associations that were also affected by the floods.
